Acceptance
By creating an account or using Choppy you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your Account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Choppy is intended for use by individual pilots; sharing accounts is not supported and may result in suspension.
Your Content
Your flight, aircraft, and crew records remain yours. You grant Choppy the limited licence required to store, sync, and display them across your devices on your behalf. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Subscription & Billing
Choppy offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your app store. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) use Choppy for unlawful purposes, (b) attempt to circumvent security or rate limits, (c) reverse engineer or resell the service, or (d) upload content that infringes the rights of others.
Disclaimer
Choppy is provided "as is" and is not certified as a primary record under any civil aviation authority. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your logbook for licensing, validation, and revalidation. We strongly recommend keeping a backup export.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choppy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
